The newly created Emmaus Commemorative Garden concept adds to the cherished traditions of the past in our wonderful community. The first of the gardens is located at the Knauss Homestead founded in 1776 and is appropriately named The Remembrance Garden at the Knauss Homestead. The goal is to create a meeting place, a community well, where generations of current and future Emmaus residents can gather to share not only the memories of the past but plans for the future.

The quarter acre garden is beautifully designed and laid out to honor the Moravian culture and create a contemporary space that allows reflection and communication.
